摘要
影响女性成才的因素很多,有历史的、社会的和自身的等许多方面原因。新时期要想加速女性成才,必须抓住机遇,迎接挑战,既要优化外部环境,又要提高女性自身的综合素质,内因与外因相结合,惟有此才能切实促进女性成才。
There are various factors, including historical, social, oneself and so on, affecting women's success. In new peri-
od, if we want to speed up women's success,we should connect the interior and exterior factors, optimizing exterior environ-
ment and boosting their synthetic diathesis. Only in this way can women be equally treated and succeed.
