从家庭、学校、婚姻、社会方面探讨国人头脑中根深蒂固的传统性别角色观念对女孩成长和女性成才的种种障碍原因分析入手 。
From the angles of family, school, marriage and society, this paper probes the traditional concepts of sex roles that are deeply rooted in the minds of the Chinese people. It expounds the reasons why these concepts have become obstacles to the healthy growth into accomplished persons on the part of the female.
