摘要
利用 PVD 或 PCVD 等表面处理新技术制备了紫铜为基体,表面含氢、氮或乙烷等物质的各种新表面材料,并对 CaCo_3沉积垢在这些新表面材料上的生长情况进行了实验研究.结果表明,离子注入氢的表面材料有一定的抗垢作用,其它几种表面材料对钙离子浓度较高的水溶液的抗垢效果不明显。
Four kinds of new surface materials containing hydrogen,nitrogen or ethane were prepared on the base metal of copper by means of some new surface technology——PVD or PCVD.The experiments of growing CaCO_3 scale on this new surfaces were carried out.The results show that the surface materials containing ion implanted hydro- gen have some anti-scaling effects.Other materials are not so obvious in anti-scaling.
