摘要
以生产实践为基础,概括了提高HEDP酸性化学镀Ni-P槽液稳定性的方法。亦即适当提高镍盐与HEDP的络合稳定性、控制稳定剂N的含量和次亚磷酸钠与硫酸镍含量比、防止金属与非金属杂质的混入和槽液局部过热、维持适量的装载量和保持槽内壁的洁净等。
This paper, based on the production and practice, sums up the methods to improve the stability of HEDP acid bath for electroless Ni-P plating, including the improvement on the complex stability of nickel salt with HEDP and the controlling of the content of stabilizer(N)and the ratio of sodium hypo-phosphate anti nickel sulfate.
