摘要
研究了在稳定剂存在条件下,采用多元配体在钢铁表面进行复合化学镀NiSnP合金,讨论了镀液成分、沉积条件等对镀层的影响. 检验了镀层的耐蚀性,并运用SEM、AES和XPS对镀层的形貌和组成进行分析. 结果表明,镀层厚度可达21 μm ,镀层表面光亮、致密、孔隙率低、耐腐蚀能力强,镀层原子数分数为:Ni67-03 % ,Sn 0-50 % ,P30-40 % ,Fe 2-04 % .
The electroless Ni Sn P composite films on steel surface have been formed in the presence of lead acetate and multi ligands: butane dioic acid+malic acid+1 hydroxyethylene 1,1 diphosphonic acid. The influences of the bath composition and deposition conditions on the films and their corrosion resistance have been investigated by SEM, AES and XPS techniques. The film obtained has a thickness of 21 μm with a metallic luster and low porosity and good corrosion resistance. The relative atomic percent contents of the films are Ni 67 03%, Sn 0 50%, P 30 40% and Fe 2 04%.
