摘要
本文的研究焦点是寻找影响组织承诺水平的主要因素,然后采取相应的策略,帮助组织提高组织承诺水平,从而提高绩效。文章在澄清组织承诺概念、明确组织承诺水平的测量手段的基础上,提出影响组织承诺水平的三个层面的因素,即组织因素、个体因素和环境因素。对不同的组织而言,主导的影响因素是不同的,组织可以采取有效的策略,改变这些影响因素的方向和水平,达到组织期望的状态。
This paper focuses on finding the crucial factors which affect the level of organizational commitment, and taking correlative precautions.It is helpful to raise performance through highlighting level of organizational commitment.Based on understanding the concept of organizational commitment and measurement of the level of organizational commitment,we pose factors to have effects on the level of organizational commitment, which are on three dimensions encompassing organizational factors,individual factors and environmental factors.There are different key factors in various organizations.They can design effective tactics to change the direction and level of causations.At last,the expected outcome will be achieved.
