摘要
从系统论的观点提出,适应创新教育的教师素质是由创新观念、多元化知识结构、创新能力、创新人格四个子系统交互作用构成,从而促进教师整体素质不断发展。
From the standpoint of system theory,the quality structure of teachers adapting to creative education can be formed:system of creative ideas,system of multiple- factored knowledge,system of creative ability,and system of creative personal characteristics,which interaction of four sub- systems,promoting the whole quality of teachers to develop continuously.
