摘要
通过对浙江省10所高职院校创新教育成效的调研与数据分析,发现影响创新成果的主要因素是创新能力、创新责任心和创新拼博精神、创新项目选择等,创新成果欠缺。本文探讨了提高高职院校创新教育成效的对策:以企业为平台,以新产品研发、工艺革新为创新研发内容,让尽量多的学生参与创新实践,提高学生的创新能力、增强创新责任心,并以创新成果的产业效应作为衡量创新教育质量的指标。
Through the research and data analysis of innovative education in 10 universal colleges in Zhejiang, the paper reveals that the main problem is caused by the lack of graduates＇ innovation. The factors include the innovative ability, innovative responsibility and striving spirit, the choice of innovative projects, the standards to measure the effectiveness and so on. Thus the paper put forward some countermeasures to improve the innovative education effectiveness, recommending that using enterprise as a platform for innovative practice, carrying out innovative research on the development of new products and the innovation of new techniques so as to involve more students to participate in the innovative practice and enhance their creative ability,improving students＇ innovative responsibility and striving spirit, and taking industry effects as the innovative educational effectiveness metrics.
