论述了我国玉米加工业的发展现状,包括玉米的饲料加工、玉米淀粉及淀粉糖工业、酒精、味精、柠檬酸及玉米加工设备、企业和质量标准体系等现状;并总结了我国玉米加工业存在的主要问题。
This paper discusses the present situation of the corn processing industry in china, including the processing of feed, starch, sweeteners, alcohol, monosodium glutamate, citric acid, corn processing equipment as well as the industrial and quality standardization, and summarizes the main existing problems.
