摘要
以铁路旅客列车为研究对象,从舒适性、经济性、时效性、超载率4个方面,对旅客满意度进行调研。从车站能力可靠性和区段通过能力可靠性两个方面,对列车运行能力进行评价。综合考虑旅客满意度和列车运行能力这两个指标,运用模糊逻辑方法,在二维平面内对旅客列车运行质量进行评价。
The study object is passenger train. From the four aspects, comfort, economy, time effect and overloading rate, the passenger satisfaction is investigated; From the two aspects: the station capacity relia- bility and section through capacity reliability, the train operating capacity is studied. Considering passen- ger satisfaction and train operating capacity, train operating quality is estimated by fuzzy-logic method on two-dimensional plane.
