摘要
阐述了图书馆可持续发展的重要性,认为图书馆馆员是实现图书馆可持续发展的决定因素,实现图书馆可持续发展要求图书馆馆员必须提高自身素质、接受继续教育。
Librarians play an important role in the sustainable development of a public library, and the quality of librarians has a direct effect on the speed of the development. Therefore, it is an urgent task in the sustainable development of the public library to improve the knowledge structure of librarians through continuing education, thereby to raise their comprehensive quality.
