摘要
该文从学习型组织的基本理论出发,着眼现代图书馆的科学文化教育职能,论述了创建学习型图书馆的必要性,提出了如何创建学习型图书馆的方法与措施。
This thesis,proceeding from the basic principle of studying-type organization and based on function of scientific and cultural education,discusses the necessity of establishing studying-type library and proposes how to establish the studying-type library.
