摘要
通过对高等学校科研管理队伍的现状、存在的问题等许多不利于科研管理队伍发展的因素的分析 ,提出了建设符合现代高等学校科研管理要求的高效科研管理队伍的设想。
Through the analysis of higher college science and research administration groups current situation and problems which impair the development of science administration groups,the article has consideration for the request of modern higher college science administration.
