摘要
科研创新团队作为链接知识创新与技术创新的有效载体,有利于培养自主创新的核心能力,有利于提高高校的人才队伍建设整体水平。本文以省属高校科研团队建设为立足点,阐述科研创新团队的涵义、特征。在此基础上,分析了省属高校组建科研团队的现状,提出了促进高效科研团队建设的几点措施。
Teams of scientific and technological innovation, which is an effective vehicle for linking knowledge innovation and technology innovation, plays an important role in cuhivating the core competence of autonomous innovation and improving the development of talented people in universities and colleges. This paper states the meaning and characteristics of teams of scientific and technological innovation firstly. Then it analyzes the present state of organizing the teams in provisional universities and colleges and proposes how to improve it.
