摘要
[目的]观察益心饮对病毒性心肌炎小鼠超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)活性的影响。[方法]Balb/c小鼠120只均为雄性 ,体质量 (20±2)g ,随机分为6组 ,各组在给药后第7d和第14d分别处死8只及全部小鼠 ,眼眶取血制备血清 ,进行SOD和MDA检测。[结果]与病毒对照组相比 ,益心饮中剂量组、大剂量组在第7d和第14d能显著提高血浆SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量 (P<0.01)。
Objective To observe the influence of Yi Xin Drink to SOD and MDA activity in mice with viral myocarditis.[Method]One hundred and twenty male Balb/c mice,weighing(20±2)g,were randomly divided into6groups,8mice in each group were killed after7d and14d medication respectively.Serum was prepared from the orbit blood sampling for the SOD and MDA detection.[Result] Comparing with virus control group,the Yi Xin Drink in middle dosage group,big dosage group could increase serum SOD activity at7d and14d evidently,decrease the MDA content(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The Yi Xin Drink can alleviate lipid peroxidation damage reaction of myocardial membrane induced by oxyˉgen-derived free radidicals.
