摘要
目的 :研究益心饮的质量控制方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对益心饮中黄芪、甘草、当归、黄连进行定性鉴别。结果 :四味药的薄层色谱鉴别呈阳性 ,阴性对照无干扰。结论 :方法可靠 ,对样品的质量控制有重要意义。
Objective: To study the quality control method of Yixin Yin. Methods: Radix astragali , Radix glycyrrhizae , Radix angelicae and Rhizoma coptidis in Yixin Yin were identified by TLC. Results: The four species were positive in TLC identification. Conclusion: Being simple, duplicative and specific, the method is important to quality control of samples.
