摘要
为测定四物汤高脂溶性部位中藁本内酯的含量 ,用超临界流体CO2 萃取法 (SFE CO2 )对四物汤进行萃取 ,用HPLC法测定藁苯内酯含量。结果确定了四物汤超临界流体CO2 萃取的条件 ,对藁苯内酯的HPLC法做了方法学考察和含量测定。为四物汤中热稳定性差的有效成分藁苯内酯的质量分析提供了方法依据。
To determine the content of Ligustilide in SWT, extrate SWT with SFE-CO 2 and determine Ligustilide with HPLC. Results: The paper fixed the condition of SFE-CO 2, investigated the method about HPLC and determined the content of Ligustilide in SWT. This paper offered a methods which can be used to the quality analysis of Ligustilide.
