摘要
为观察健脾理气化痰方治疗高脂血症的临床疗效 ,将 6 0例患者分为中药组 30例 ,对照组 30例。中药组给予健脾理气化痰方 ,对照组服用吉非罗齐胶囊 ,治疗 2个月。观察两组治疗前后血脂的变化。结果 :两组治疗后TC和TG的降低及HDL C的升高均优于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 ) ;中药组优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示健脾理气化痰方治疗高脂血症疗效确切。
To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen-nourishing and qi-regulating and phlegm-resolving decoction in the treatment of hyperlipemia, 60 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by this Decoction and control group in which 30 cases were treated by Gemfibrozil, with a course of 2 months. The blood lipid was measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, TC and TG reduced and HDL-C increased in two groups, with better effects in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05). It is suggested that this Decoction has positive effects on hyperlipemia.
