摘要
本文深入系统地探讨了高脂血症的中医病机和治则,认为高脂血症与痰证十分相似,脂本津血,脂痰可以互生,脾气虚弱是脂浊成化之关键,脂浊存于血中,易致血淤,其作用部位在于血脉经络,心气不足、痰凝血淤是高脂血症合并症的主因。治宜攻补兼施,提出了健脾益气荣心、利湿化痰通腑、活血逐淤通脉并用的综合疗法,丰富了祖国医学对高脂血症的认识,对临床治疗具有重要指导意义。
In this article,a deep and systemic explorement about thepathogenesis and treatment of hyperlipemia in Tcm are discussed.Theauthor thought hyperlipemia was similar to phlegm-syndrome.Serum tip-id,which was body fluids and blood could change into phlegm-stagnatio-n.spleen-Qi Deficiency was a crux for the production and acfivation oflipidphlegm.The phlegm in the blood vessel leaded to cause blood stas-is syndrome easily.The focus was in blood vessels and Jing Luo.HeartQi Deficiency,stagnation of phlegm-wefness and blood stasis were mainpathogenesis of major syndrome of hyperlipemia.The cure for hyperlipem-ia by eliminating the evil facfors and restoring healthy energg must betaken into account and the complex treatment methods which arc invigora-ting spleen Qi and Heart Qi,phlegm-eliminating and dispersing bloodstasis and dreding coilaferal are posed.All these enriched thought abouthyperlipemia in TCM and had an imporfant significance direcfly to clinical treatment.
