摘要
回顾历史上曾有过的各种人性假设 ,探究其与高等教育管理理论之间的关系 ,对于我们把握理论演化的轨迹具有重大的意义。通过选取历史上几个有代表性的人性假设与高等教育管理理论进行分析 ,揭示了各种管理理论背后所隐藏的人性基础。
It is of great significance to review the various humanity assumptions in history and their relationships with theories of higher education management. The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationships between some representative humanity assumptions and theories of higher education management in order to uncover the humanity foundation of various management theories.
