摘要
提高和保证中外合作办学质量是实现开展中外合作办学目的的关键因素之一。针对当前中外合作办学的质量管理现状 ,借鉴当前国际上通行从内、外两个方面来保证教育质量的做法 ,就中外合作办学质量保证体系的构建提出了初步的设想。
Upgrading and ensuring the quality is a key factor in implementing Chinese Foreign cooperation in school running. In view of the current situation, some suggestions are made in terms of establishing a quality guarantee system in the field.
