摘要
目的:为寰枢椎后路改良Magerl术式选择提供力学依据。方法:6具新鲜颈椎标本,对寰枢椎行Magerl术及改良Magerl术固定,测量其三维运动范围。结果:Magerl螺钉复合Brooks钢丝固定的稳定性最好,改良Magerl术仍具有相当好的稳定性。结论:Magerl螺钉复合Brooks钢丝固定是保证寰枢段稳定性的最佳术式,当不适合施行标准Magerl术式时,改良Magerl术可作为维持寰枢段稳定性的替代术式。
Objective: To provide biomechanical data for several modif ied Magerl techniques of atlanto-axial fixation. Methods: Six atlantoaxial com plex fresh specimens were used to measure biomechanical data(range of motion, RO M)of Magerl techniques and several modified Magerl techniques. Results: Magerl screw fixation combined with Brooks wiring had the best stability. The modified Magerl techniques also had a better stability. Conclusions: Magerl screw combine d with Brooks wiring fixation technique is the first choice for atlantoxial ins tability. If it is not suitable for Magerl technique, modified Magerl techniqu es are the alternative techniques.
