几种寰枢椎后路内固定方式的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对寰枢椎齿状突Ⅱ型骨折实验模型的4种后路内固定方式下的三维运动范围进行实验研究,为临床选择内固定方法提供生物力学依据。方法:实验采用10具新鲜人体寰枢椎标本(C0-C3),制成寰枢椎齿状突Ⅱ型骨折实验模型,使实验模型在不同固定方式下模拟人体寰枢椎的三维运动(前屈、后伸、左右侧屈、左右旋转),并选用应变式传感器对运动范围的角度进行测量研究。结果:在1.53Nm作用下4点固定的寰枢椎三维运动范围最小,其前屈、后伸、左右侧屈、左右旋转角度分别为1.8°、2.0°、1.2°、1.1°、3.2°、3.0°。结论:实验研究表明4点固定有更好的生物力学稳定性,采用应变式传感器能够对寰枢椎的三维运动进行测量,具有直观、实时、方法简单、结果可靠等优点。 Objective: To study three-dimensional movement of four type of posterior atlantoaxial fixation techniques of type Ⅱ odontoid process fracture. Methods : Ten fresh cadaveric specimens ( C0-C3 ) were studied to compare three-dimensional movement of four type posterior atlantoaxial fixation techniques by strain sensor. Results : According to experiment, the movement range of four-point fixation techniques was least. Range of three-dimensional movement of atlantoaxial joint in four-point fixation technique for flexion, extension,left lateral bending,right lateral bending, and left axial rotation, right axial rotation were 1.8°,2.0°, 1.2°, 1.1°, 3.2°, 3.0° Conclusion: Four-point fixation techniques is superior to other fixation techniques. The study shows that this method had following merit:direct-viewing, real-time, simple in measurement and reliable in result.
