摘要
目的 :报道腹腔镜腹腔内置双面补片成人腹股沟疝修补术。方法 :在腹腔镜下完成疝囊高位缝扎 ,腹腔内置双面网片覆盖腹股沟管后壁等操作治疗成人腹股沟疝 18例。结果 :18例手术均获成功 ,无严重并发症 ,随访 3～ 4个月 ,无复发病例。结论 :本术式具有操作简单安全 ,无张力修补疗效确实 ,无并发症 ,无复发 ,恢复快等优点。
Objective: To report laparoscope inner double-faced patch treatment for adult's inguinal hernia. Methods: Ligating the hernia sac at the highest possible site with Laparoscope, successfully healing 18 adult's inguinal hernia cases by covering inguinal vessel back wall with double-faced netty patch. Results: The 18 cases all succeed and no serious syndrome. The follow-up period is 3～4 months and have no recurrences or postoperative discomfort. Conclusion: The simple, safe treatment is confirmed having notension repairing effect and has the following advantages: no syndrome, no recurrences and reduced recovery time.
