摘要 胰岛素样生长因子 1 (IGF 1 )是生长调节素的一种 ,参与许多类型细胞的生长增殖。近年来研究发现 ,其与女性乳腺癌的发生关系密切。IGF 1浓度增高不仅对女性乳腺癌的早期诊断有意义 ,而且与乳腺癌的生长增殖、转移、抑制凋亡等恶性生物学行为亦密切相关。
