摘要 钙磷脂结合蛋白Ⅰ (AnnexinⅠ ,LipocortinⅠ )是钙磷脂结合蛋白 (Annexins)超家族中的成员 ,作为表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)酪氨酸激酶的底物 ,磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )的抑制剂具有多种生物学功能 ,并在多种肿瘤发生早期出现表达水平的改变 ,尽管目前具体的机制还不清楚 ,但它为研究肿瘤的发生、发展、早期诊断。
