摘要
版权保护目前已成为数据库法律保护体系中一个不可或缺的组成部分。然而 ,对于数据库版权保护的合理性问题却很少有人认真考虑过。本文在对这一问题作一深入剖析的基础上大胆提出质疑 ,并就我国数据库法律保护的定位作一粗浅设想。
It's known to all that copyright protection is an indispensable part of the legal protection system of databases,however,there are almost no queries about its rationality.This article challenges this thought on the basis of a deep analysis of this problem and then proposes a tentative idea of the orientation of legal protection of databases in China.
