摘要
利用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜响应快、可用于面监测的独特优点,对金属构件的裂纹萌生与扩展、断裂全过程进行了监测实验研究。PVDF压电薄膜监测的裂纹信号出现明显的脉冲特征,通过分析该特性信号表明,PVDF可方便地捕捉到构件裂纹萌生与扩展的瞬间信号,可为结构的安全评定与损伤定位提供可靠的信息。
The whole metal crack monitoring process, including crack initiation, propagation and fracture, has been studied based on PVDF, which shows obvious advantages of fast response and area monitoring. The PVDF signals from metal crack show special pulse, by which we can judge whether the crack happens or not. The signals on crack gotten from PVDF are useful for structural safety evaluation and damage location, which are key problems for structural health monitoring.
