摘要
提出一种利用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)传感器检测激光超声的实验方法.将PVDF薄膜附着在微型柱状刀劈上,钳紧在特制的金属固定块上,引出两个电极,从而实现信号的声电转换.利用Nd:YAG脉冲激光器在金属铝板上激发声表面波,PVDF传感器固定在远场区域接收超声信号,并采用扫描激光线源技术,在线检测金属铝表面的微小缺陷.当激光源扫描至缺陷近场区域时,观察信号的幅度和频率特征,从而可以检测微小缺陷的位置,提取缺陷的有关信息.结果表明信号灵敏度高,适合观察声表面波,并可用于表面缺陷的检测.
An experimental method is presented to detect surface acoustic waves(SAW) with polyvinylindene fluoride(PVDF) transducer.PVDF film,attached to a mico-knife edge of column,is clamped on a tailor-made metal device.Two poles are drawned out of clamped fringe.The ultrasonic signal is converted into electric signal.The SAW were excited by employing a Nd∶YAG laser on Aluminum plate.The scanning laser line source(SLLS) technique is proposed as an effective way to investigate small surface-breaking cracks.The gener...
