摘要
对3例假性脑瘤与原发性空蝶鞍同时存在的病人进行了研究,根据腰穿压力、CT及MRI影象学的动态观察,结果提示空蝶鞍系假性脑瘤引起,并提出对拟诊为垂体瘤患者进行CT或MRI检查的重要性。
Three patients with pseudotumor cerebri coexisting with primary empty sella were studied. According to the dynamic observations on lumbar puncture, CT and MRI, it suggested that empty sella was caused by pseudotumor cerebri and it also suggested that CT and MRI examination are of importance for a suspected case of pituitary tumor.
