摘要
1990年10月～1991年6月对100名正常未孕、正常妊娠晚期、妊高征及口服避孕药妇女血循环中血小板α—颗粒膜蛋白(GMP—140)含量进行了测定。结果:正常妊娠晚期妇女GMP—140量显著高于未孕妇女(P<0.001),口服长效避孕药者血小板GMP—140量显著高于未服药对照妇女(P<0.001)。
From October 1990 to June 1991, a-granule mem brane protein (GMP-140) were measured in normal non-pregnant, normal late pregnant ones, PIH and oral contraceptive users (n=100). The results showed that, platelet GMP-140 of late pregnant women were significantly higher than nonpregant ones, platelet GMP-140 were remarkablely higher in oral contraceptive users than in normal controls.
