摘要
用双抗体夹心免疫放射方法和放免法分别测定了 45例妊高征孕妇和 15例正常孕妇血浆中血小板颗粒膜蛋白140 (GMP140 )和血栓素 B2 (TXB2 )的浓度。结果显示 :妊高征患者血浆中 GMP140、TXB2 水平较正常孕妇明显升高 ,妊高征患者病情越重 ,升高越明显。重度妊高征母血 GMP140、TXB2 与新生儿体重明显相关。提示 :妊高征患者体内血小板高度激活 ,血小板活化与妊高征病情的严重程度有一定关系。
To study the states of platelet activation in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH),we measured the levels of plasma alpha-granule membrane protein of platelet (GMP140)and TXB 2 in 45 PIH and 15 normal pregnancy women by radioimmunoassay.The levels of GMP140 and TXB 2 were significantly increased in PIH as compared with those in controls,especially in severe PIH.we have also found significant negative correlations between wieght of newborn and plasma GMP140 or TXB 2 levels in severe PIH.The results indicate that platelet was markedly activated in PIH and the platelet activation may play an important role in pathogenesis and progression of PIH patients.
