摘要
采用免疫组化间接BA法,对流行性出血热病毒(EHFV)呼吸道实验感染的乳小鼠、离乳小鼠、兔等动物进行了赃器组织病毒抗原的定位研究,并系统地进行了病理学观察,结果表明,EHFV可在小鼠群中以气溶胶形式传播。乳小鼠是EHFV的易感动物。抗原分布以脑组织为主,肺、心、肾、脾等脏器也可见阳性反应。EHFV在脏器组织中的分布情况与该组织的病变程度相关。
: suckling miee .weanling mice and rabbits were infeeted experimentally with EHFVby aerosol,the fixed posit ionof virus antigen in tissues of infected animals was studied by BA medhod,and the pathological changes were also observed syseminated in mouse clonies by aeroslo,and suckling miee was the suscepticle animal of EHFV.virus antigen was mainly present in brain,and also pre-sent in lung ,herat,kidney and spleen.the distribution of EHFVin tissues was interrelated with the degree of alll of these tissues patho-logical changes.
