摘要
8日龄大鼠,腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CP),剂量25MKD,连用2～3天,7～8天后被毛广泛脱落,25～30天时被毛开始再生。复方大蒜油对CP致大鼠脱毛有一定阻抑作用,而谷胱甘肽、101A毛发再生精无效,胸腺肽作用甚微。CP致脱发的毒性物质可能是其起主要抗癌活性的代谢物磷酰胺氮芥。
An animal model for cyclophosphamide ( CP)- induced alopecia has been developed using 8-day-old rat givien i.p.CP,25MKD,for 2- 3consecutive days, There was consistently total bedy alopcla during day 7-8,and gradrally halr regrowth during day 25-30. Topi-cal application of compound garlic oil provide some protection against CP-indticed alopecla,while glutathion and 101A didn’t. Perhaps phospho-ramide mustard a small component of CP metabolities as the bilolgcal aldylater and dffective chemotherapeutic moiety plays an important role on the hair iose .
