摘要
目的研究复方白鲜皮乳防治脱发的作用及其相关机制。方法通过环磷酰胺诱导大鼠脱发模型实验、石蜡松香混合物脱发模型实验、醋酸诱导小鼠腹腔通透性实验,以及2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)迟发性超敏反应动物模型实验,探讨复方白鲜皮乳防止脱发、促进毛发生长、对毛细血管通透性的影响以及免疫抑制等作用。结果复方白鲜皮乳各剂量组不能减少环磷酰胺诱导大鼠脱发,对正常小鼠毛囊数无明显影响;大、中剂量可增加环磷酰胺大鼠皮肤毛囊数,各剂量可显著降低醋酸诱导小鼠腹腔通透性增高的作用,减少DNFB增加小鼠耳肿胀的程度及DNFB小鼠的胸腺指数,与赋形剂组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方白鲜皮乳各剂量组不能阻止环磷酰胺诱导大鼠脱发,但对环磷酰胺损伤毛囊的作用有一定的对抗作用,对正常小鼠的毛发生长有一定促进作用,这些作用可能与该药具有一定的抗炎和免疫抑制作用有关。
Objective To study the mechanism underlying prevention of hair loss by compound cortex dictamni lotion. Meth- ods In the current study, alopecia mouse models induced by cyclophosphamide or paraffin/rosin mixture, peritoneal permeability mouse model induced by acetic acid and DNFB delayed hypersensitivity animal model were used to study the effects of the dictamni lo- tion on preventing hair loss, promoting hair growth, capillary permeability and immunosuppressive function, respectively. Results Each dose group of compound dictamni lotion cannot reduce cyclophosphamide-indueed hair loss, and has no significant effect on the number of follicles in normal mouse. The high and middle dose group can increase the number of hair follicles in cyelophophamide-induced mouse. Each dose group can significantly reduce the peritoneal hyper permeability, and reduce DNFB induced mouse ear swelling and thymus index. There was a significant difference between the treated and vehicle groups. Conclusions The compound dietamni lotion dose group cannot prevent cyclophosphamide-induced alopeeia, but it can somehow reduce the follicle damage of cyclophosphamide. To the normal mouse, it can promote hair growth. These effects may be related to the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of the drug.
