摘要
氟哌酸(NFLX)在0.1mol·L^(-1)NH_3-NH_4Cl(pH7.5)缓冲溶液中,与钴(Ⅱ)离子形成络合物,在单扫示波极谱仪上得一良好的络合物还原波,峰电位E_P=-1.09V(vs.SCE),峰电流i_p与钴(Ⅱ)浓度在0.050~2.5μmol·L^(-1)范围内成线性关系。用电化学手段研究了该体系的性质和反应机理,实验表明该波为不可逆吸附波。
In a supporting electrolyte containing 13μmol·L^(-1) norfloxacin and 0.1 mol·L^(-1) NH_3-NH_4Cl (pH=7.5), a sensitive complex wave of Co(Ⅱ)-norfloxacin is obtained by using single-sweep polarography. The peak potential is -1.09V (vs. SCE), the peak current changes linearly with the concentration of cobalt in the range of 0.050 to 2.5μmol·L^(-1), The wave is proved to be an adsorptive wave by several experiments. The mechanism of the electrode reaction is discussed.
