摘要
分别对喷气纺纱及涡流纺纱的成纱机理、纱线结构及其产品质量进行了分析探讨。指出喷气纺纱是自动化、连续化、高速高产的一种纺纱方法,但是不适合纺纯棉纱;基于喷气纺设备价格昂贵,可用其开发高附加值的特色产品;涡流纺纱机适合纺纯棉纱。
The article analyzes the respective yarn-forming principle of jetspinning process and vortex spinning process as well as yarnstructure and quality. It points out that jet spinning is anautomatic, continuous and highly productive spinning method,but it is not suitable for spinning pure cotton yarn. Consideringthe high investment of the equipment, this method can be usedfor developing value-added specialty products. Vortex spinningprocess is suitable for spinning pure cotton yarn.
