摘要
喷气涡流纺是利用高速气流和喷嘴内部各部件的配合作用成纱的。在纺纯棉纱时,纱线强力比喷气纺(MJS)提高近1/4。文章通过对喷气涡流纺喷嘴的结构和高速气流作用的分析,讨论了该成纱方法的成纱机理,并对其纺纱装置、成纱结构和成纱性能进行了初探。
Air-jet vortex spinning (MVS) is a new technology for spinning yam by using high-speed airflows and the coordi- nated action of various components inside the jet nozzle.When spinning pure cotton yam,the yarn strength is improved by near 1/4 compared with jet-spun (MJS) yam.Based on analyzing the structure of the nozzle and the effect of high-speed airflows,the mechanism of yarn formation of this method is discussed,and related spinning machine,yarn structure and yarn properties are also discussed.
