摘要
采用喷油器振动波形识别法,对柴油机燃油系统进行不解体故障诊断,并采用喷油压力、针阀升程和喷油器振动3个实测波形相对比的方式,研究喷油器振动信号所携带的燃油系统工作状态的信息。
A new method--vibrating wave analysis for non-disassembling fault diagnosis of fuel system is given.The measured jet oil pressure,needle valve displacement and jet vibra- tion signals are compared.The results indicate that the jet vibrating wave contains some in- formation related to the fuel system.
