摘要 通过现场试验对轴流转桨式水轮发电机组的振动进行了测试 ,并应用频谱分析对振动波形进行了处理 .对机组的振动状态进行了评价 ,探讨了影响机组振动的因素 .试验结果表明 ,机组导轴承的间隙大小、轴线位置。 On the basis of the vibration testing of an axial-flow adjustable-blade water turbine generating unit, through the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform)of the obtained data, the vibration state of the unit is evaluated and a detailed analysis is made about the aspects that influence the vibration . The results of the testing and analysis indicate that vibration of an axial-flow adjustable-blade water turbine generating unit is mainly determined by the following aspects : the axial clearance between the main shaft and its guide bearing; the position of the axis; the working state of the unit; the coordination between the blade angel and the wicket gate setting.
