摘要
本文对塔径90mm,塔高1980mm,有挡板的振动筛板萃取塔中连续相轴向混合和分散相塔藏量进行了实验研究.实验体系为煤油一水.通过实验,分别得到了连续相轴向混合系数和分散相塔藏量的关联式.
The axial mixing of the continuous phase and hold-up of the dispersed phase in a reciprocating sieve plate extraction column with baffles of 90 mm inside diameter and 1980 mm effective column height have been investigated in this paper. Experiments were carried out with kerosen-water system. based on experimental results, the dimensionless relations were obtained to correlate the experimental data of the axial mixing coefficient of continuons phase and the hold-up of dispersed phase respectively.
