摘要
导出了振动筛板萃取塔的板串负载转矩方程和等效转矩方程。该方程已用于公称直径400~600 m m 萃取塔的电力拖动设计。结果表明,交流电磁调速电机可在较宽范围内调节输入脉冲能量保证优化操作,确定电机容量应根据负载转矩而不是负载功率。当频率低于6 Hz时,频率对等效转矩影响不大。流体阻力消耗的能量远小于板串自重消耗的能量。研究结果为交流电磁调速电机容量的选择提供了一种工程方法。
An instantaneous moment equation and an equivalent moment equation for a plate stack of Reciprocating Plate Column (RPC) were given. The equations were used in a design of RPC of 400~600mm in normal diameter. The results show that the pulsation frequency was regulated by an alternating current motor with an electromagnetic regulator, so that the RPC could keep optimum operation in a broad range of parameters. For engineering design the motor capacity should be determined by the moment of the plate stack of RPC but not by the power. When the frequency is lower than 6Hz, the equivalent moment will be effected in a small extent by frequency. The dissipative power from resistance of flow in reciprocating motion is much lower than that from the gravity of the plate stack, so it is important to decrease the mass of the plate stack for energy saving.
