摘要
本文讨论了有侧线进料连续聚合反应釜串联系列中有向单体链转移的加成聚合过程。基于反应度概念建立了过程的数学模型,应用生成函数导出了分子量分布的矩与工艺变量之间的关系,以期用于聚合物生产的微观质量控制。
As a first step towards microscopic quality control for polymer production, a process of 'addition polymerisation with chain transfer to monomer' in a train of continuous flow stirred tank reactors with side feeds as a typical reaction engineering system has been analysed in this paper bused upon the concept of reaction extent and using the generation function as a tool to formulate the relationship between the molecular weight distribution of the polymers and the technological variables of the process.
