摘要
文中介绍了以多釜连续聚合顺丁橡胶生产过程为对象,从聚合反应机理及实际工况出发,建立了描述聚合物微观质量的数学模型.其中包括在双活性中心存在的假设条件下,以Throckmorton的三金属活性中心模型为基础建立的催化体系模型;利用反应度法和生成函数技术建立的聚合过程宏观与微观反应动力学方程以及分子量及其分布模型.文章还介绍了利用仿真技术对模型进行验证的部分结果.
This paper reports that a mathematical model or microscopic quality for a continuous production process of polybutadiene rubber in a CSTR train has been set up in view of the polymerisation mechanism and astual operation conditions, including the modelling of its catalytic system assuming the presence or dual active centre based on the Throckmorton tri-metal active centre model and the development of macro- and microscopic equations of the dynamics and kinetics of the polymerisation process and the model of molecular weight and molecular weight distribution model using the reaction extent and generation function techniques. Some simulation results for model substantiation arc also presented.
