摘要
《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》的颁布改变了我国从 1979年以来实施的建设项目环境影响评价制度中的一些缺陷与不足 ,提高了环境影响评价工作的法律地位 ,有利于环境影响评价工作的公平、公正和公开进行。但同时由于各方面条件的限制 ,这部法律也留下了一些值得商榷的地方。本文结合赤峰地区环境影响评价工作出现的问题 ,浅论环境影响评价领域的进步与遗憾 ,并提出一些建议。
The Promulgation of 《ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCING EVALUATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA》 altered some limitation and lack of the system of environmental influencing evaluation that since the 1979 of our country . It increased the legal status of the environmental influencing valuation's work. It is propitious to equity, candor with the public proceeding of the environmental influencing valuation's work . But the restriction because of the conditions of various fields at the same time, his law also owns some not that perfect places . This article superficially dissertated the advancement and regret in the category of the environmental influencing evaluation combine the matter of the environmental influencing evaluation in Chifeng area , And put forward some suggestions .
