摘要
在工业企业的环境管理过程中,加强环境影响评价管理是企业不可忽视的一个重要环节,文章主要通过对《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》及《建设项目环境保护管理条例》的学习理解,对照政府的相关环境管理程序,总结出工业企业在建设及运营中存在的与环境影响评价相关常见问题并提出对策。
In EIA of industrial construction project,the environmental rationality of site selection depends on not only city planning compatibility,the continued use of resources,public participation and other factors,but also hygienic buffer zone reachability which is an essential factor as well.Reasonable determination of hygienic buffer zone can effectively prevent pollution spread,and reduce pollution influence.This article mainly analyzes the solution of insufficient hygienic buffer zone in industrial enterprise reconstruct and extension environmental impact assessment.
