摘要
从教学质量保障管理思想出发,探讨教师教学素质对教学质量保障的问题。提出了教师教学素质评价标准,从五个维度来规定教师的教学水平:教学能力、思想道德素质、知识结构、身心素质、科研能力。对各项指标及其权重进行了初步的调查和分析,为构建教学质量保障评价体系提供理论依据和实践基础。
This paper puts forward the evaluation criteria of teaching quality in higher engineering institutes,which consists of three dimensions:criteria of teachers' quality;criteria of teaching practice;criteria of teaching results.The teachers,the students and other staffs' suggestions and attitudes toward this criteria were investigated.The results show that they pay much more attention to the content of this criteria, which provides the practical evidence and foundation for constructing evaluation system.
