摘要
建立基于灰色关联度分析的灰色综合评价模型,并将其应用于供应链管理中供应商的选择.在确定指标权重时,采用了熵的概念,避免了常用方法如层次分析方法所带来的主观因素的影响,经实例验证,该方法是可行的,具有一定的实际意义.
In this paper, a grey comprehensive evaluation model (GCEM) is proposed on the basis of grey relational grade (GRG) analysis. The model is applied to the supplier selection of SCM. Based on the theory of entropy, this paper determines the index-weight and avoids the effect of subjective factors of general methods such as AHP.Finally, example is included and proves the model is feasible and practicable.
