摘要
零件供应商的选择对于企业有着重要的影响,但传统的供应商评价和选择方法具有主观性过强的特点.在描述零件供应商选择模型的基础上,提出了基于信息熵的零件供应商选择和评价方法,并以实例说明该方法的有效性.
Parts suppliers' selection is of vital importance to an enterprise. However, traditional approaches to evaluation and selection of suppliers are too subjective. On the basis of the description of a model of selecting parts suppliers, this paper introduces an approach to selecting and evaluating parts suppliers based on information entropy, which is proved effective through examples.
