摘要
分析了引起江西省森林火灾发生次数、受害面积、经济损失的可燃条件、火源条件和具备火灾的火险天气条件,提出了地面道路防火工程、绿色防火工程、黑色防火工程、化学防火工程、加强森林火灾预测预报、建立森林防火池、加强火源管理和加强高科技的应用,使森林防火走向数字化八大综合预防技术措施。
This paper analyses the occorrence times, suffering area, economic loss of forest fire in Jiangxi Province and its combustible conditions, sources conditions and fire-danger weather. Eight integrated preventive measures are put forward including road surface fire-proof engineering, green fire-proof engineering, black fire-proof engineering, chemical fire-proof engineering, strengthening forest fire forecast, building forest fire-proof pools, strengthening fire source control and applying high-tech. Through these measures, prevention against forest fire is digitized.
